Cold forging parts are precision-engineered components manufactured through a cold forming process. This method involves shaping metal at room temperature using high pressure and specialized dies. Standard rectangular cross-section
The cross-section is an exact rectangle, with the width and height ratio conforming to the standards of GB/T 1096 or DIN 6885. The two side surfaces are working surfaces, closely fitting with the sides of the shaft groove and the hub groove, achieving seamless torque transmission.
Round head end design
The ends at both ends are in the shape of semi-circles or conical rounded corners, facilitating the insertion of the key into the key groove along the axial direction, avoiding scratches on the groove walls; the round head can also serve as an axial limit, preventing the key pin from excessive movement within the groove.
Double precision fit system
It provides two fitting grades: ordinary flat key (loosely connected) and guiding flat key (firmly connected). The width tolerances correspond to the loose fit and transitional fit of the shaft groove, meeting different positioning accuracy requirements.
Solid integral structure
It is processed from a single piece of metal material without welding or assembly. The fiber direction is distributed along the length, with uniform shear strength and compression strength, and no weak sections.
Standardization and customization coexist
The cross-section dimensions comply with mainstream standard series such as Chinese national standard, German standard, and American standard. The length can be customized according to the width of the hub, achieving a flexible combination of standardized inventory and personalized length.
