This is a custom-made precision cylindrical bushing. It is made by CNC turning and precision processing of seamless steel tubes made of 304 or 316 stainless steel, or by drilling solid rods to form the shape. The surface is treated with matte finish or mirror polishing. The product has an equal-thickness cylindrical structure, with parallel end faces perpendicular to the axis. The center hole has high precision, and the coaxiality of the inner and outer cylindrical surfaces is excellent. As a key functional component in mechanical assembly, it can be used as a positioning sleeve for shaft support, a height-raising element for spacing adjustment, or a wear-resistant sleeve for sliding bearings. Its minimalist "hollow and threadless" design gives it unique advantages in withstanding radial loads and centering guidance, and is widely used in precision machinery, food and pharmaceutical, and chemical equipment fields. The non-standard customization feature allows for flexible adjustment of the inner and outer diameter sizes, wall thickness ratios, and length specifications to meet a full range of requirements from lightweight to heavy-duty.

Thick-walled cylindrical structure
Overall in a regular cylindrical shape, with uniform wall thickness, no abrupt cross-sections, and uniform stress distribution. It deforms harmoniously when subjected to internal and external pressure or radial loads, avoiding fatigue cracking caused by local stress concentration.
Precise inner and outer cylindrical surfaces
The outer circle has a tolerance of h7 grade, and the inner hole has a tolerance of H7 grade. The coaxiality of the inner and outer circles is ≤ 0.02 millimeters. It can be used as the centering benchmark for precision shaft systems or the guiding element for sliding fits.
Precision machining of both end faces
Both end faces are ensured to be parallel with a tolerance of ≤ 0.03 millimeters, and the perpendicularity to the axis is ≤ 0.05 millimeters. When used in series, it can ensure cumulative height accuracy. When used as an isolating element, the force is evenly distributed without tilting.
Full-through hole without step design
The central hole is a straight-through hole of uniform diameter, without threads, steps, or chamfered dead corners. Fluid or shaft-type parts can smoothly pass through, which is also convenient for cleaning and disinfection, meeting the requirements of hygienic equipment.
Pure material without coating
The stainless steel body inherently has corrosion resistance and does not require surface treatments such as galvanization or spraying. There is no risk of coating detachment and contamination. It is suitable for high cleanliness scenarios such as food, medicine, and semiconductor industries.

High concentricity accuracy
The precisely machined inner and outer cylindrical surfaces can serve as the radial positioning reference for the rotating shaft, and the clearance can be controlled within 0.01 to 0.05 millimeters, ensuring the coaxiality and stability of the shaft system and significantly reducing vibration and noise.
Flexible spacing adjustment
When used as a rigid gasket, the length can be customized from 5 millimeters to 100 millimeters. By stacking multiple pieces or using them individually, the assembly clearance can be precisely controlled. The compression deformation is minimal, and the preload is stable.
Long wear resistance life
The stainless steel material has moderate hardness and good toughness. When used as a sliding bearing sleeve, the wear rate with quenched steel shaft is low. It still maintains a long service life even under poor lubrication or boundary friction conditions.
Hygienic without dead corners
The inner wall of the cylinder is smooth without dead corners. There are no threaded grooves or complex structures. During CIP/SIP cleaning, the fluid can completely wash away, and there is no place for microorganisms to hide. It has passed FDA and GMP certification audits.
Electrical insulation isolation
Although stainless steel is a conductive material, it can be oxidized or used in combination with insulating gaskets to prevent electrochemical corrosion or current circuit formation in situations requiring electrical isolation.
Lightweight and strength balance
The hollow structure reduces weight by 40% to 60% while maintaining stiffness. Compared to a solid cylinder, the moment of inertia is smaller, and the dynamic response is faster. It is particularly suitable for reciprocating motion or high-speed rotating components.
