This is a custom-made eccentric hole cylindrical coupling sleeve. It is made by CNC turning and milling combined processing of solid bars of 304 or 316 stainless steel. The surface is treated with natural brushed finish or mirror polishing. The main body of the product is a precision cylinder, with a standard internal thread hole on one side end face. The middle part of the cylinder is eccentrically machined with a through hole, forming a unique "cross intersection" internal structure. This design enables it to simultaneously achieve two different connection functions: the internal thread end can be screwed into a bolt or a screw, and the eccentric hole can be inserted into a pin shaft, cable or another direction's rod, and is widely used in precise mechanical structures with limited space and requiring multi-angle connections. The non-standard customization feature allows for adjusting the eccentric distance, hole diameter ratio and thread specifications according to specific application scenarios, achieving a perfect balance between compact structure and functional integration.

Symmetrically arranged through-hole design
A through-round hole is set in the middle of the cylinder, eccentrically arranged relative to the axis. The hole wall is precisely bored to ensure the cylindricity and surface finish of the cylinder. The eccentric design creates a spatial offset between the two connection points, enabling non-coincident force transmission within a limited volume and avoiding interference between the connecting components.
End face internal thread interface
One end of the cylinder is machined with standard internal threads, with the thread depth extending to near the edge of the eccentric hole, providing high axial tension capacity. The thread specification can be selected according to the load requirements, ranging from M4 to M12, and can be machined to match corresponding strength grades of bolts for use.
Integral solid structure
A solid bar material is used for processing instead of a pipe material, with sufficient wall thickness, maintaining high structural strength and torsional stiffness after eccentric hole opening, suitable for connection nodes subjected to large loads.
Precise machined surface
Numerical control processing ensures that the outer diameter of the cylinder has a tolerance of h8, the position tolerance of the eccentric hole is ±0.05 mm, the perpendicularity between the end face and the axis is ≤0.03 mm, meeting the coaxiality and perpendicularity requirements for precise assembly.
Non-magnetic corrosion-resistant material
304 and 316 stainless steel materials are available for selection. The austenitic structure ensures non-magnetism, suitable for scenarios sensitive to magnetic fields such as medical equipment and electronic instruments, and also resistant to moisture and weak corrosive environments.

Space structure optimization
The traditional right-angle connection requires multiple components to be combined, occupying a large space and having large cumulative tolerances. This eccentric sleeve integrates the connections in two directions into a single cylindrical piece, reducing the volume by more than 50%. It is particularly suitable for compact mechanical structure design.
Load path direct
The eccentric hole and the internal thread hole intersect within the solid, and the force transmission path is short. The stress concentration area is processed with a rounded corner, which has higher fatigue strength and reliability compared to welding or threaded components.
Assembly direction flexible
The eccentric hole allows the pin or rod to be inserted from any angle, without being restricted by the thread direction; the internal thread end can be matched with different lengths of bolts to adapt to different thicknesses of connection plates. The two-piece sleeve can also be paired to achieve parallel connection with adjustable spacing.
Maintenance-free long life
The stainless steel material can prevent rust without surface treatment, and there are no problems such as coating wear or paint peeling. It ensures a maintenance-free service life of more than ten years in concealed installation or difficult-to-maintain locations.
