Product Details
This is a precise non-standard customized stepped knurled pin sleeve. It can be made by cold forging with high-quality medium carbon steel or alloy steel. The surface can be treated with natural brushed finish or galvanized and passivated. The product innovatively integrates the function of the locating pin with the internal threaded sleeve. Through the middle knurled structure, it achieves interference fit with the base body. It is widely used in mechanical assembly scenarios where precise positioning and detachable connection are required.
Integrated stepped structure:The overall design of three sections - the front positioning pin, the rolled-over press-fit area in the middle, and the threaded sleeve at the rear - eliminates the cumulative errors during assembly.
Straight-line pattern knurled pressing section:The middle section adopts axial straight-line engraved patterns. After being embedded in the base material, it forms a mechanical fit, with excellent resistance to torque and pull-out force.
Blind hole internal thread design:The rear end is equipped with a certain depth of internal threaded holes, which can be combined with bolts to achieve rapid locking and disassembly of the components.
Front end guiding rounded corner:The end of the pin head is rounded, which facilitates insertion into the positioning hole and reduces assembly scratches.
