Product Details
This is a non-standard custom hexagonal slot pin sleeve, manufactured through a cold forging integrated molding process. The surface has been treated with environmentally friendly blue-white zinc plating. The product structure innovatively integrates three key functions: the front end with a smooth rod achieves benchmark positioning, the middle section with a slotted cylindrical body forms a anti-rotation locking structure, and the rear end with a hexagonal blind hole provides a standardized tool interface. It is specially designed for special application scenarios with strict requirements for assembly accuracy, space limitations, and rapid maintenance, and supports fully customized development.
Composite functional structure:A three-in-one design of locating pin + anti-rotation groove + internal hexagonal sleeve, replacing the traditional multi-part combination solution with a single component.
Axial double-slot anti-reverse function:The middle section performs symmetrical milling of the double straight slots structure. After being embedded in the base material, it forms a positive torque transmission, completely eliminating the circumferential rotation.
Hexagon tool interface:The rear end adopts standard hex socket holes and is compatible with 2.5mm to 8mm specification wrenches for operation.
Stepwise load transition:Three different diameter designs, with stress gradually distributed, avoiding stress concentration caused by abrupt changes in cross-section.
Environmentally friendly blue-white galvanized coating:Zinc sulfate coating that complies with RoHS standards, with salt spray test lasting for ≥ 48 hours, meeting both anti-corrosion and conductive requirements
