Description:
A traditional pan-head gives large bearing area; the combination cross + KT-slotted drive offers tool flexibility, while the sharpened “cutting tail” point lets the screw create its own female thread in 0.5–2 mm steel, aluminium, ABS or timber—no nut or tapping operation required.

A:It depends on if we have stock or not, if we have stock goods, we can delivery within 2 days after receive the payment. And normally our production is in 20-30 days for one container (20-26 ton) products.
• Material: A2-70 (304) or A4-80 (316) stainless steel—≥ 700 MPa tensile, ≥ 450 MPa yield; salt-spray > 1 000 h .
• Head: Pan (round) form to ISO 14581—smooth curved top, Ø ≈ 2 × thread diameter, prevents pull-through and gives decorative finish .
• Drive: Cross (Phillips) + KT straight slot—use either PH bit or flat blade; ideal for field service where only a pocket knife is available.
• Point: 45° cutting tail (Type C) with twin cutting edges—low drive torque, reduced “mushroom” of plastics, minimal splitting in hardwood.
• Thread: Metric pitch, fully rolled for high thread strength; optional Hi-Lo or twin-lead on request.
• Finish: Plain polished & passivated; optional nickel, chrome or black oxide .
• Temperature Range: –40 °C to +300 °C with full corrosion resistance.
• Re-usable: Threads stay intact after 15+ removal cycles.
