Q:What is your main products?

A:Fasteners, Bolt, nut, screws, washer, threaded rod, anchors, self tapping screws, self driling screws, stainless steel plate, etc.

Q: What is your delivery time?

A:It depends on if we have stock or not, if we have stock goods, we can delivery within 2 days after receive the payment. And normally our production is in 20-30 days for one container (20-26 ton) products.

Material: Case-hardened carbon steel (CHQ 1022A) – core hardness 320-420 HV, surface 0.15 mm carburized for superior thread strength.
Finish: Mirror nickel plating 8-12 µm; 48 h neutral salt-spray to white-rust, 96 h to red-rust (ASTM B117).
Drive: Cylindrical hex socket (DIN 912/ISO 4762 style) – eliminates cam-out, accepts standard Allen keys or hex bits.
Head: Cylindrical pan or countersunk options; head diameter 2×nominal thread for large bearing surface.
Thread: Sharp Type-B (sheet-metal) or Type-C (plastic/wood) self-tapping flute; cuts its own mating thread in 0.8–3 mm substrates.
Point: 45° cutting gimlet point for fast start, reduced splitting and low drive torque.
Temperature Range: –40 °C to +120 °C; nickel layer remains bright up to 150 °C.
Reusable: Threads stay intact after 15+ removal cycles in steel or aluminum.

Avoid power-impact drivers on CSK heads to prevent plating flake.
