Product Details
This is a custom-made T-type slider pin bolt, made of high-quality carbon steel through multi-station cold heading or hot forging processes. The surface is treated with environmentally friendly blue-white galvanization. The product structure consists of three functional sections: the bottom is a slider base that matches the T-shaped slot of industrial aluminum profiles, enabling sliding positioning and anti-detachment; the middle is a smooth cylindrical transition section, providing bearing positioning or interval support functions; the upper part is a fine-threaded section, with a hemispherical guiding head at the end, facilitating alignment with the nut or latch. This "slider + pin + bolt" integrated design enables the rapid establishment of a movable connection anchor point on the aluminum profile frame, and realizes adjustable locking with external components through the threaded section, being widely used in equipment protection, conveying systems, detection devices, and other fields. The non-standard customization feature allows for flexible adjustment of the T-head size, the diameter length of the smooth rod, and the thread specification, achieving precise matching with specific profiles and connection components.
T-shaped slider anti-detachment base
The bottom is in the shape of an inverted T, and the width of the head precisely matches the width of the aluminum profile groove. It can be vertically inserted into the groove, rotated 90 degrees for locking, or directly slid into any position in the slot. The thickness of the T-shaped head has been optimized to ensure smooth sliding within the groove without tipping or falling off, without the need for additional anti-detachment pins.
Stepwise optical rod transition section
Below the thread is a precisely machined smooth cylindrical section, with a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the thread, which can serve as a positioning reference for shaft sleeves, bearings or connection plates, and can also be used as a stop block for adjusting the spacing, avoiding the thread being subjected to shear force.
Fine-thread locking section
The upper part adopts a fine-thread design with a small pitch and a low helix angle, providing better self-locking performance than coarse-threaded ones. It is not prone to loosening under vibration conditions. The thread length is moderate, balancing connection strength and adjustment range.
Hemispherical guiding head
At the end of the thread, there is a precisely machined spherical head, facilitating alignment with the nut hole or plastic snap ring, enabling blind installation and positioning, and eliminating the risk of scratches caused by sharp ends, thereby enhancing operational safety.
Multi-segment coaxiality guarantee
The T-shaped head, optical rod section, and thread section are processed through one-time clamping or precision mold forming. The coaxiality of each section is ≤ 0.1 millimeter, ensuring uniform force distribution and no uneven loading after assembly.
Integrated sliding positioning
Integrating the functions of traditional T-type bolts and positioning pins, one piece can establish sliding guides and fixed anchor points on aluminum profiles, eliminating the need to install sliders and bolts separately. The assembly efficiency is increased by more than 50%.
Load-bearing threads without force
The stepped design enables the external load to be mainly borne by the threaded section, while the threads only provide axial locking force. This avoids thread shear failure, resulting in significantly improved bearing capacity and service life.
Quick alignment installation
The hemispherical head has self-centering properties. When aligning with the mating hole, no precise alignment is required. A slight shake can be used to insert it. This is particularly suitable for blind assembly scenarios where visibility is limited or space is restricted.
Anti-loosening self-locking design
The fine-threaded screws are combined with the friction coefficient of the galvanized surface. Under normal preload, they can resist vibration loosening. When necessary, a nylon locking nut or spring washer can be used to achieve dual anti-loosening.
Flexible profile adaptation
The T-head size can be customized according to different profile slot widths of European standards such as 20 series, 30 series, 40 series, and 45 series. It can also be adapted to Chinese standards or special non-standard aluminum profiles, with strong versatility.
