This is an elastic nut block specially designed for industrial aluminum profiles, also known as "ball nut" or "rear-mounted nut". The product consists of an aluminum alloy cylindrical body, a threaded through hole running horizontally, and a spring steel ball positioning mechanism embedded on the side.The innovative ball pre-tightening design enables it to slide into any position within the aluminum channel and automatically lock in place. There is no need for pre-installation or removal of the end cover of the aluminum profile. It is the core connecting component for achieving the rapid assembly of aluminum profile frames. The surface is treated with anodizing or left in its natural color, coordinating with the appearance of the aluminum profile. It is widely used in modular assembly scenarios such as automated equipment, protective fences, workbenches, etc.

Elastic Steel Ball Positioning Mechanism
The side of the body is equipped with blind holes, into which spring-loaded steel balls are embedded. The diameter of the steel balls protrudes slightly beyond the surface of the cylinder. When the nut block slides into the aluminum profile channel, the steel balls are compressed and retracted; upon reaching the target position, the steel balls are pushed out under the force of the spring and inserted into the positioning recesses at the bottom of the profile or achieve temporary positioning through friction, preventing slippage and detachment during installation.
Cross-through Threaded Hole
A through-hole with internal thread perpendicular to the direction of the steel balls is set at the center of the cylinder. Usually, it is of M4 to M8 specifications. The bolt passes through the connection plate from the outside of the profile and is screwed into this threaded hole. During the tightening process, the nut block is pulled by the bolt and automatically rotates and presses the profile slot wall, forming a stable mechanical locking.
Slot-Type Compatibility Shape
The outer diameter of the cylinder precisely matches the slot width of the European standard 20 series, 30 series, and 40 series aluminum profiles. There is a anti-rotation plane or curvature in the height direction to ensure smooth sliding within the slot channel and no circumferential rotation.
Lightweight Aluminum Alloy Material
It is manufactured using 6061 or 6063 aluminum alloy, with a density of only one-third that of steel. It does not increase the additional weight of the frame and is consistent with the aluminum profile material, avoiding electrochemical corrosion.

Post-installation is flexible and convenient.
For traditional nuts, they need to be inserted through the end of the profile into the groove. However, the ball nuts can be directly placed vertically into the groove at any middle position of the profile. The steel balls automatically lock in place, making it particularly suitable for adding or adjusting the position of the already assembled frame. The modification efficiency can be increased by more than ten times.
Single-sided operation without assistance
During installation, only the bolt needs to be inserted from the outside of the profile. The nut block automatically rotates and aligns in the groove and then locks. No need for the other side to be held or fixed with tools. A single person can complete the operation, significantly reducing the difficulty of working at heights or in narrow spaces.
Precise position adjustment and accurate alignment
When not locked, it can freely slide along the length of the groove to achieve stepless positioning of the connection point. When encountering a deviation in the hole position, it can be compensated by sliding to avoid re-drilling or replacing the profile. The fault tolerance is extremely strong.
Anti-detachment safety guarantee
The pre-tightening force of the steel balls ensures that the nut block will not fall out of the groove during transportation, flipping, or handling, even if the bolt is not fully tightened. The nut block will not accidentally fall off and cause safety hazards or part loss.
Modular reusability
During disassembly, simply loosen the bolt, and the nut block can slide out of the groove or move to a new position along the groove. The profile groove will not be damaged. The connection components can be reused repeatedly, in line with green manufacturing and circular economy concepts.
