Application

This is a rectangular base spring nut, also known as "spring snap nut" or "wing-shaped spring nut". It is an integrated structure consisting of a rectangular nut base and a conical compression spring. The product is cold-drawn from high-quality carbon steel and its surface is treated with environmentally friendly blue-white zinc plating. The innovative spring pre-tightening design enables the nut to freely slide and position within open profiles such as C-shaped steel and U-shaped grooves, without the need for pre-tightening or welding. It is a classic solution for achieving rapid assembly of channel steel and is widely used in building mechanical and electrical, industrial equipment, and rail transportation fields.

Rectangular base design:The flat and square base provides a large area of support, making direct contact with the inner cavity of the channel steel, which helps to disperse the pressure and prevent deformation.


Conical pre-tightening spring:The conical helical spring, which is larger at the top and smaller at the bottom, generates a constant rebound force when compressed, ensuring that the nut always remains in close contact with the steel channel wall.


Through-hole internal thread structure:The center of the base is equipped with a through-hole with internal threads, which is compatible with standard M6-M12 bolts. The length of the connection is not limited.


Spring anti-detachment latch:The bottom of the spring is fixed to the base through mechanical clamping. During assembly, the spring will not come off. The pre-installed state is convenient for production line operation.


Bevelled guiding edge:The four corners of the base are chamfered. When sliding into the channel steel, it automatically aligns itself, reducing the risk of jamming.

1. Free sliding positioning within the slot
Utilizing the spring's preload force, it is suspended within the C-shaped steel slot and can slide freely along the length of the slot to adjust the position. This completely eliminates the assembly problem of "improper hole alignment", and the efficiency of single-point adjustment is increased by more than 5 times.
2. No welding or tapping required
No drilling or welding of nuts on the profile is needed, protecting the anti-corrosion layer of the profile intact and avoiding zinc coating damage and stress deformation caused by on-site welding.
3. Dual insurance against vibration and loosening
The spring continuously applies axial pressure, keeping the nut in friction contact with the slot steel wall. Combined with the threaded locking, it forms a dual anti-loosening mechanism, passing the GB/T10431 vibration test.
4. Blind assembly operability
Even if the internal part of the slot steel is not visible, the nut can be pushed into the slot by hand. The spring automatically aligns, making it particularly suitable for high-altitude operations and narrow space installations.
5. Full series of profiles compatible
The height of the spring and the size of the base can be customized. It is compatible with various C-type steel specifications of 21mm, 41mm, 52mm, as well as different slot widths for light and heavy types.
