These countersunk self-tappers are cold-headed from high-grade C1022 carbon steel, case-hardened for cutting power, then finished with a distinctive blue-galvanized (Cr3+) coating that adds 48 h salt-spray protection and an eye-catching blue tint.

Q: What is your delivery time?
A:It depends on if we have stock or not, if we have stock goods, we can delivery within 2 days after receive the payment. And normally our production is in 20-30 days for one container (20-26 ton) products.

Material: C1022 carbon steel, 0.18–0.23 % C, 0.70–1.00 % Mn—core hardness 320-380 HV, surface 450-500 HV for threads that cut instead of strip.

Head: 90° countersunk (CSK) for flush seating in countersunk holes; head angle matches DIN 7991 / ISO 7046.

Drive: Pozi cross-recess No. 1–3—high bit engagement, zero cam-out, compatible with standard Phillips bits.

Thread: Type AB (sheet-metal) spaced thread with 45° gimlet point; cuts cleanly in 0.5–2 mm steel, aluminium, plastics or hardwoods.

Finish: Trivalent blue-bright galvanizing (Cr3+ WBL) 5–8 µm; 48 h neutral salt-spray to white rust, 72 h to red rust; RoHS compliant, no Cr6+.
