In the chemical industry, the commonly used stainless steel bolts are mainly the following:
- A2 stainless steel bolt : Also known as 304 stainless steel bolt, is the most common kind of stainless steel bolt. Has good corrosion resistance, suitable for general chemical environment.
- A4 stainless steel bolts : Also known as 316 stainless steel bolts, containing more nickel and molybdenum, more corrosion resistant than A2 stainless steel bolts, suitable for wet or chemical corrosion environment.
- Stainless steel A2704 bolt : contains a higher proportion of chromium and nickel, has stronger corrosion resistance, suitable for special chemical environment, such as seawater environment or high temperature and pressure environment.
- Stainless steel A286 bolts : with good high temperature strength and corrosion resistance, suitable for high temperature and high pressure chemical equipment.
- Stainless steel A193 bolt : in line with ASTM A193 standard, suitable for high temperature and high pressure chemical equipment, with high strength and corrosion resistance.
These stainless steel bolts have different compositions and properties, and the appropriate bolt type can be selected according to the specific chemical process requirements.
