On April 29th, the first large beam of the No. 3 boiler for the 2×1000MW expansion project in Fuzhou was lifted successfully in one go, achieving precise alignment. This marked the entry of the steel structure installation of the No. 3 boiler into the final stage, creating conditions for the subsequent installation of the heating surfaces and the main lines of the flue gas and air systems, and laying a solid foundation for the later hydrostatic test.

To ensure the smooth progress of the lifting operation, the company made thorough planning and meticulous arrangements in advance. They implemented a "zero-defect" admission system for equipment, organized multiple experts to jointly conduct the acceptance inspection of the large beams upon their arrival, carefully verifying the factory certificates of conformity, material proofs, and non-destructive testing reports of welds, and re-measuring key parameters such as the external dimensions, pre-arching, and deflection. At the same time, the company optimized the lifting plan multiple times, detailed the lifting process, and comprehensively carried out technical briefings and safety training to ensure that every worker could proficiently master the operation procedures and emergency response procedures.

During the hoisting process, personnel from positions such as on-site command, safety supervision, and technical support worked together. Safety and technical management personnel were present throughout the process for on-site supervision, monitoring the hoisting dynamics in real time, ensuring that each operation strictly met the requirements of the plan. Eventually, the large girder was smoothly lifted and accurately positioned. The entire hoisting process was safe, orderly, and successful in one go.
