The first generating unit of Dadu River Jinchuan Hydropower Station was connected to the grid for power generation on May 12.

The first generating unit of Jinchuan Hydropower Station in the Dadu River Basin has officially been connected to the power grid. Recently, a number of hydropower stations including Zhentouba Phase II and Shaping Phase I in the basin have been put into grid-connected operation, and the river closure of Laoyingyan Phase II Hydropower Station has been successfully completed, further strengthening the clean energy supply system in southwest China.

Located in Jinchuan County and Barkam City, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, Jinchuan Hydropower Station has a total installed capacity of 860,000 kilowatts, equipped with four Francis turbine-generator units each with a capacity of 215,000 kilowatts, with an annual power output of about 3.5 billion kilowatt-hours. As a key project under Sichuan’s 14th Five-Year Energy Development Plan, it plays a vital role in optimizing the regional power supply structure and boosting coordinated economic, social and ecological development.

As multiple hydropower stations in the Dadu River Basin are connected to the grid and put into service, the demand for fasteners including high-strength U-bolts for generating units, steel structure infrastructure and pressure pipelines is surging rapidly.
We focus on the production of engineering supporting hardware, and can steadily supply all kinds of special fasteners for hydropower projects. Our products are suitable for humid and heavy-duty working environments, contributing to the steady construction of clean energy projects in Southwest China.
