Thailand is committed to becoming the ASEAN solar energy hub
According to Thai media reports, Thailand's Industry Minister Aigna revealed on January 10 that the high price of electricity in Thailand has had a greater impact on living and production costs. In response, the Ministry of Industry has set a goal to make Thailand a solar power production hub in the ASEAN region. Thailand has obvious advantages in solar energy resources, adequate sunshine throughout the year, second only to Myanmar, and is one of the countries with the greatest potential for solar energy development in the ASEAN region.
