Commonwealth Investment Group completes $600 million acquisition of PV projects in the Philippines
Actis, a Commonwealth investment group, has announced a partnership with MGEN Renewable Energy, Inc of the Philippines through its subsidiary SP New Energy Corporation. Completed the acquisition of shares of Terra Solar Philippines, Inc. (" MTerra Solar "). The signing of the subscription agreement marks the signing of Terra Solar Philippines, Inc. Completion of the Share Subscription Agreement signed with Actis on September 6, 2024, which grants Actis the right to hold equity in MTerra Solar, subject to certain conditions, for an aggregate consideration of approximately $600 million.
