1. How is your fastener price calculated?

Price depends on product type, material, size, grade, quantity, thread, surface treatment, packaging and delivery terms. Please provide complete specifications so that we can calculate a suitable quotation rather than giving an inaccurate price based on incomplete information.

2. What is your minimum order quantity?

For standard stock products, the MOQ is generally 1,000 pieces. For non-standard or customized products, the MOQ depends on product complexity, tooling and production process. Trial orders may be discussed for new customers.

3. Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. We can offer volume-based pricing for larger orders. The actual unit price and discount depend on quantity, material, production requirements, packaging and delivery terms and will be stated in the quotation.

4. Can you quote EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR or DDP?

Yes. We can discuss EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DDU and DDP terms according to the destination and shipment requirements. Please provide your destination port or delivery address so that the correct logistics cost can be calculated.

5. How long is a quotation valid?

Our standard quotation validity is generally three days because material, currency and freight costs may change. The exact validity period will be stated on the quotation issued for your order.

6. What payment terms do you accept?

Common payment terms include T/T, usually with a deposit and the balance against the agreed shipping documents, and L/C at sight for suitable orders. Payment terms are confirmed based on the order value, customer relationship and commercial requirements.

7. How do I place an order with Goshen Hardware?

Send us your drawings or product specifications, material, quantity, surface treatment, packaging and destination. We will review the requirements, confirm the quotation and production details, provide samples when needed and proceed after the order specifications and payment terms are approved.
