This is an internal tooth locking gasket manufactured through precise stamping technology. Its innovative inner ring radial tooth structure is specifically designed for anti-loosening of threaded connections in high-vibration environments. The product forms a mechanical interlock with the bolt head through multiple sets of inclined teeth, generating continuous elastic locking force during the tightening process, effectively preventing the bolt from self-loosening under dynamic loads. It is available in two material options: stainless steel in its natural color and carbon steel with blackening treatment. Installation points
Ensure that the teeth face the bolt head side, and the flat side fits the connected component
Use a torque wrench to tighten according to the standard value. Over-tightening may cause plastic deformation of the teeth
When used with flat washers, the inner teeth washer should be placed between the flat washer and the bolt head
Storage and maintenance
The carbon steel model should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment to avoid co-storage with corrosive chemicals
Although the stainless steel model is corrosion-resistant, it still needs to avoid direct contact with carbon steel to prevent galvanic corrosion
