• Laser-etched head marking with customer logo, grade, or batch code.
• Oversize or reduced hex heads, washer-faced heads, or serrated flanges.
• Dual certification (ASTM F593 & ISO 3506) for global projects.
• Austenitic stainless steel: A2-70 / A2-50 (AISI 304) or A4-80 / A4-70 (AISI 316/316L).
• Optional duplex 2205 or super-austenitic 904L for extreme corrosion resistance.
• Full traceability: EN 10204 3.1 mill certificate, melt origin, and chemical composition report.
• Self-colour (plain) pickled and passivated per ASTM A967, ensuring a bright, clean surface.
• Mirror polish Ra ≤ 0.4 µm for architectural or food-grade applications.
• Electropolishing available to reduce surface roughness and enhance corrosion resistance.
• Optional PTFE, Xylan, or anti-galling coating on request.
• Metric: M3 – M64, lengths 6 mm – 500 mm; threads per ISO 4014 (partial thread) or ISO 4017 (full thread).
• Imperial: #10 – 2-1/2", lengths 1/2" – 20" per ASME B18.2.1.
• Thread class: 6g (metric) / 2A (UNC, UNF). Fine-pitch, left-hand, or ACME threads available.
