Product Details
This is a custom-made cylindrical transverse hole connecting nut. It is made of high-quality carbon steel or stainless steel through cold heading and precise drilling processes. The surface is treated with environmentally friendly blue-white galvanization or natural passivation. The product structure is a short cylindrical solid body, with a standard internal thread through hole at the center axis. The middle part of the cylinder is processed with precise radial through holes perpendicular to the axis direction, forming a unique "cross intersection" dual connection interface. This "axial thread + radial hole" integrated design enables it to simultaneously achieve two different directions of fastening connections: axially it can be combined with bolts to achieve tension or positioning, and radially it can pass through pins, pull rods or cables to achieve lateral traction or positioning. It is widely used in adjustable connection structures in fields such as furniture hardware, exhibition displays, medical devices, outdoor facilities, etc. The non-standard customization feature allows for flexible adjustment of the cylinder diameter, height, thread specifications and radial hole diameter, enabling precise matching with specific assembly systems.
Compact shape of short cylinder
The overall shape is roughly cylindrical, with the outer diameter to height ratio ranging from 1:0.6 to 1:1. The structure is compact and does not occupy much space, making it suitable for embedded installation or as an exposed decorative connection node.
Axial through-hole with internal threads
A full-thread or partial-thread through-hole is centered, with thread specifications ranging from M4 to M12 selectable. It is compatible with bolts to achieve axial tension; the thread depth is either through or the bottom of the blind hole, adapting to different required connection lengths.
Radial precision cross-hole
In the middle, there is a smooth through-hole or threaded hole perpendicular to the axis. The hole diameter matches the axial thread specification, allowing the insertion of pins, open pins, quick-release pins or pull rods to achieve connection expansion in the 90-degree direction.
Orthogonal double-hole positioning
The axial threaded hole and the radial cross-hole are strictly orthogonal in space, with positional tolerance of ±0.1 millimeters, ensuring precise positioning of the connection component in space and avoiding assembly interference.
End face chamfered guide
The inner or outer surface of the cylinder ends has an internal or external chamfer, facilitating insertion into the installation hole or guiding the bolt insertion, reducing scraping and jamming during assembly.
