This is a custom-made conical locking anti-loosening nut. It is manufactured through overall CNC processing using 304/316 stainless steel, and its surface undergoes precise polishing or passivation treatment. The product structure breaks away from the traditional hexagonal nut shape. The upper part is a conical platform-shaped protrusion, the middle part has a circular groove, and the bottom is a standard hexagonal base. The conical surface design can form a precise fit with the conical blind holes of the matching workpiece, achieving dual functions of self-centering positioning and anti-loosening locking. It is widely used in precision instruments, fluid equipment, decorative hardware, and other scenarios that have strict requirements for concentricity and anti-loosening performance.
Conical self-aligning boss:The upper conical surface can precisely fit into the corresponding conical hole of the accessory, and during assembly, it can automatically align the center and eliminate eccentricity errors.
Circular stress release groove:A precise groove is set between the frustum and the base. When locked, the conical surface undergoes elastic deformation, enhancing the fit and preventing the base from deforming.

1. The self-centering elimination of assembly error ensures that the conical surface fit has inherent centering characteristics. Even if there is a 0.5mm positional deviation between the bolt and the workpiece hole, after locking, the coaxiality of the mating parts can still be guaranteed at ≤ 0.05mm, eliminating the need for precise alignment time.
2. The conical surface wedge locking anti-loosening mechanism locks by generating radial forces on the conical surface, causing the nut and the workpiece to form a friction wedge locking effect. The conical surface locking thread can resist strong vibration conditions, and its anti-loosening performance exceeds that of ordinary nylon locking nuts.
3. The structural strength is optimized through the design of annular grooves, which enables the conical surface to undergo controllable micro elastic deformation when under force. The stress distribution is uniform, avoiding the risk of stress concentration cracking in traditional integral conical surface nuts, and the fatigue life is increased by more than 3 times.
