A:It depends on if we have stock or not, if we have stock goods, we can delivery within 2 days after receive the payment. And normally our production is in 20-30 days for one container (20-26 ton) products.

Material: Low-carbon 1008–1018 or C1022 steel, spheroidised and cold-forged for high thread-forming torque without brittleness.

Head: One-piece hex flange (DIN 6921 form) – serrated or plain – distributes clamp load and eliminates separate washer.

Drive: Standard metric hex (across-flats) – accepts socket wrench, ring spanner or impact gun for high preload.

Thread: Metric machine-screw pitch (ISO 6 g) – mates with pre-tapped or extruded nuts, PEM® clinch nuts or thread-forming inserts.

Finish: Trivalent yellow-chromate (Cr3+) 8–12 µm; 72 h neutral salt-spray to white rust, 96 h to red rust; RoHS compliant, no Cr6+. Optional thicker zinc-flake (Geomet®) for 500 h salt-spray.

Strength Class: Property Class 5.8 (500 MPa tensile, 400 MPa yield) as standard; 8.8 or 10.9 on request.

Temperature Range: –40 °C to +120 °C with coating intact; Geomet® version to +180 °C.

Use metric hex socket or ring spanner of matching A/F size.

Ensure nut or insert is aligned—machine-screw thread will not re-cut damaged pitch.

Apply medium-strength thread-locker if vibration is expected.

For stainless-to-aluminium joints, use nylon or EPDM washer to isolate galvanic corrosion.
