A:It depends on if we have stock or not, if we have stock goods, we can delivery within 2 days after receive the payment. And normally our production is in 20-30 days for one container (20-26 ton) products.
• Material: AISI 1022 carbon steel, case-hardened to 450–550 HV surface, 320–380 HV core—strong threads that cut instead of strip.
• Drive: Internal hex (Allen) socket—6-lobe contact gives 50 % more torque than Phillips, zero cam-out, perfect for power drivers.
• Head: Cylindrical hex socket head (DIN 912 style) with large bearing surface; optional low-profile or flange versions on request.
• Thread: Type AB (sheet-metal) or Type C (plastic/wood) self-tapping profile with 45° gimlet point for fast start and low drive torque.
• Finish: Mid-temperature black oxide MIL-DTL-13924 Class 1, oil sealed; 24-h neutral salt-spray to red-rust, 48 h to white-rust. Non-reflective, perfect for camera rigs, firearms, electronics.
• Temperature Range: –40 °C to +150 °C; re-oil if used above 100 °C.
• Re-usable: Threads stay intact after 15+ removal cycles in steel or aluminum.
