Lebanon has launched an open tender for a 350MW 1GWh solar and energy storage project
Recently, the Lebanese government is tendering for 350MW of solar photovoltaic power generation and 1GWh of battery energy storage system (BESS) capacity.
The Lebanese Electricity Regulatory Authority (ERA) has issued a Request for Expressions of Interest (EOI), seeking to develop up to five grid-connected solar PV projects with a total installed capacity of 350MW, along with 1GWh of energy storage. The authority stated that these projects will "support the future development of Lebanon's electricity sector."
The photovoltaic hooks and other accessories produced by Goshen Hardware can provide component support for such projects.
